It proceeds with the discussion of the skills and resources to succeed as a buyer’s agent in a dynamic and ever-changing real estate market. It continues with the steps, opportunities, and choices buyers have when it comes time to guide the buyer-client through offers and negotiations. Finally, it details all aspects of guiding the buyer through the title closing process and buyer agent compensation.
