Came here for an investment seminar and I have to say I am impressed with the instructors and their breadth of knowledge of all things real estate! I have absolutely no background in real estate whatsoever but the instructors explained everything in terms I could understand. I thought it would be cool to get my real estate license in the event I buy a home or investment property. I have another career but this place got me more interested in real estate than I thought I could ever be. Greg Caviness is the best and most professional instructor/broker around!
