I took my initial 75 hour class here with Greg Caviness about 2 years ago. I’ve now been a successful agent working in residential rentals and sales for the past two years, and everyone I talk to about schooling, I tell them to come here to get trained.

Just finished my Real Estate salesperson courses and not only I am I now nervous to pass the state test ( After you finish courses for your RE salesperson license you need to also pass a state test) but I am also excited because I have a new job in real estate already!
The courses are great and the instructor Greg Caviness was extremely helpful in answering my questions (I had many through out the 20 courses and 75 hours needed to get your certificate).

I was one of the attendees for the real estate 75hr course.. just wanted to thank Mr. Caviness for his efforts in teaching and guiding this class. I passed both the school exam and state exam in one try and I honestly feel like this is because of Mr. Caviness. I appreciate his time and everything he’s done dedicating himself to teaching us and I’m happy to say that I passed all exams because I paid attention to his teachings . Thanks again, I’m very appreciative.

I am just taking the training, I personally love when most important parts are read out aloud and I can follow along. Greg always explains each part and what it means, which I think is amazing. Overall a fantastic experience so far. Everyone is so nice and helpful there, once I am done with the training I definitely will do some add-ons from that school.

I am now in the process of working for Fillmore RE.I would like to Thank Mr. Caviness for his patience and his total knowledge of the subject matter and his ability to convey it to the students in a way which was most understandable.I hope he continue to educate those looking to get into the real estate profession.

Just finished two weeks of classes. The teacher, Greg Caviness is very impressive, having been in the field, and is a wealth of knowledge. He always has time to answer my many questions. I do recommend this school.

After 3 attempts I was finally able to pass the state exam. Third times the charm. Now none of this was the fault of the school, it was just lack of my own studying. Greg was a great instructor he makes the class fun and keeps you awake(especially on those last couple of classes when your pulling 3-a-days so you can get it over with). I’m super excited to start my career as a Real Estate agent thanks to Mr.Caviness.

I started classes that Monday and was very pleased with the instructor, Mr. Gregory Caviness. I had him for almost every amazing class and only wanted him as my teacher because he taught in ways to make it interesting and unforgettable. He’s that great. I finished all my classes and believe I am more than prepared for the class exam

Came here for an investment seminar and I have to say I am impressed with the instructors and their breadth of knowledge of all things real estate! I have absolutely no background in real estate whatsoever but the instructors explained everything in terms I could understand. I thought it would be cool to get my real estate license in the event I buy a home or investment property. I have another career but this place got me more interested in real estate than I thought I could ever be. Greg Caviness is the best and most professional instructor/broker around!

Professor Gregory Caviness is the absolute best! His classes are informative but he relays the information in a way that isn’t overwhelming. Gregory is a very experienced and knowledgeable person. He has the ability to relay the material in a way to help you remember it by using real life examples.
I passed my exam the first time around. I highly recommend this school and am certain you’ll be supported and well prepared for your licensing exams.

I just finished up all my coursework today and I was very pleased with the entirety of the course. Mr. Caviness was by far one of the best instructors I’ve ever had, ever. The instructors are very knowledgeable about what they teach and give great examples from their personal lives and careers that helps you understand the materials.
