Gregory J. Caviness
Principal/Sr. Instructor
Mr. Caviness has worked in many capacities as a licensed professional including residential and commercial real estate sales, property management, real estate investment, credit repair, and building maintenance and supervision.
In 2002, Gregory entered the mortgage industry, arranging residential mortgage loans for borrowers in Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County. Drawing on his education in finance, he was elevated to Senior Loan Officer and trainer for a Queens-based residential mortgage broker.
Soon after, real estate schools approached him to teach loan-officer training courses to NY State licensed brokers as part of their continuing education requirement. Prompted by his success as a mortgage educator, Mr. Caviness became certified as a State-approved real estate instructor.
Gregory’s approach to teaching is interactive. With each lesson, he shares his experiences in real estate, and provides real-world examples of how each subject relates to practical experience.

Richard Gravina has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for more than 30 years.
Starting as a loan officer
Ten years later he became a real estate agent and also began teaching real estate licensing and mortgage licensing

Michelle Grant, entrepreneur, wife and mother, is a Brooklyn native with a love for real estate and a passion to help others achieve their goals.
She got her spark for real estate while employed in the accounting department of a major New York City based real estate developer.She has worked in real estate sales, management, and education.
Michelle holds a BBA in Management from Pace University and is also a proud alumnus of Brooklyn Tech High School.
In addition to being an instructor, she currently holds the role of Coordinator for Caviness Realty Institute.
She believes that no matter what comes your way, in life, you must keep moving forward.
