Caviness Realty Institute Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the highest quality education for students of the New
York State 75-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing and 45-hour Broker licensing
courses in preparation for passing the State and school qualifying examinations
with a concentration in teaching real estate to the under-served communities.

Our education programs are designed to provide the  skills necessary
for the beginning real estate practitioner to work as a licensed real estate
salesperson or, if currently licensed, to further augment their career as real estate broker.
