I was one of the attendees for the real estate 75hr course.. just wanted to thank Mr. Caviness for his efforts in teaching and guiding this class. I passed both the school exam and state exam in one try and I honestly feel like this is because of Mr. Caviness. I appreciate his time and everything he’s done dedicating himself to teaching us and I’m happy to say that I passed all exams because I paid attention to his teachings .
